Job Opening: Financial Analyst, Investment Team

Support the structuring, financial analysis and due diligence on infrastructure investment programs that deliver attractive risk-adjusted returns in power, transport, water, waste and agriculture. Work on the Investment Team on the evaluation, structuring and execution of transactions. Evaluate potential transactions in the infrastructure and energy sector during the initial deal overview" phase. Conduct detailed diligence on investment opportunities that passed the "initial deal overview" phase. Prepare investment memoranda, supporting reports, and asset funding requests to be presented to the Investment Committee for approval. Analyze financial information related to specific companies to determine how an organization is positioned to deliver for investors. Draft and negotiate investment term sheets, investment legal documents, and commercial contracts for Generate Capital's investments. Perform market research for Generate Capital's target investment sectors to yield future investments. Multiple positions available. May require to travel/telecommute. May require to work at various unanticipated locations throughout the US approximately 10%, as required.
