JOB REQUIREMENTS: Dematic is looking for a talented Technical Software
Support Engineer to provide remote, second level customer support with
Dematic\'s Customer Service Technical Support department. The employee
will work closely with customers, first level technicians, and
software/technical engineers to resolve customer issues. Ideal
candidates will possess knowledge of multiple programming languages,
operating systems, databases, and networking. The employee can be based
anywhere in the continental USA. The working schedule for this position
is rotating four days on/four days off. The standard is a 12-hour shift
