We are looking for a dynamic practitioner with a passion for recovery and an unwavering belief in people\'s ability to heal to join our dedicated team as Gould Farm\'s Clinical Director. As the Clinical Director, you will play a pivotal role in providing comprehensive care to our guests and ensuring the delivery of high-quality therapeutic services. You will be responsible for managing a team of dedicated professionals, overseeing the implementation of evidence-based treatment modalities, and fostering a trauma-informed, supportive, and healing community environment. The Clinical Director works closely with the Executive Director and leadership staff in support of the day-to-day operation and strategic direction of the Gould Farm program. The Clinical Director provides thought leadership and guidance to the clinical and treatment philosophy of the program. The Clinical Director supervises clinical staff and clinical care of guests, oversees crisis response, and supports family relations. The Clinical Director works in a multidisciplinary team environment and demonstrates a commitment to anti-oppression work and sensitivity to differences including LGBTQIA+, race, ethnicity, socio-economic, and neurodivergence. The Clinical Director exemplifies the values and spirit of Gould Farm by encompassing a strengths-based perspective toward recovery and actively participates in the ongoing nurturing of a Gould Farm community in the Berkshires and Boston areas. Qualifications

  • Master\'s degree or higher in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Current licensure as a mental health professional (e.g., Licensed Clinical Social Worker, Licensed Professional Counselor). CADC or LADC is a plus!
  • Minimum of 7 years of clinical experience in mental health or co-occurring substance use treatment, with a strong background in residential settings.
  • Prior experience in a leadership or managerial role, demonstrating the ability to effectively supervise and mentor staff.
  • Extensive knowledge of evidence-based treatment modalities and therapeutic approaches, including CBT, DBT, IFS, MBT, and psychodynamic interventions.
  • Familiarity with group therapy dynamics and experience facilitating clinical and wellness groups.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish collaborative relationships with guests, staff, family partners, and external stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail and a commitment to quality improvement.
  • Commitment to participate in and foster the therapeutic community milieu.
  • Proficiency with Electronic Health Records.

Gould Farm is an equal opportunity employer Compensation: Salary range \$80,000 to \$90,000 with a great benefits package including medical insurance (employer pays 85% of premiums and up to 100% of deductible), dental/vision/life insurance (employer pays 100%), generous Paid Time Off (PTO includes 5 weeks of vacation and holidays the first two years and 6 weeks thereafter), generous sick time accrual, 401K.
