Summary:

Senior Enterprise Applications Analyst will be responsible for managing and optimizing our suite of enterprise applications, ensuring seamless integration, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to streamline business processes. This role requires a deep understanding of enterprise software, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to lead initiatives that enhance the overall functionality and performance of our applications.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the administration, configuration, and optimization of enterprise applications.

  • Collaborate with vendors and internal stakeholders to ensure applications are up-to-date, secure, and aligned with business objectives.

  • Design and implement integration strategies to ensure seamless communication between various enterprise applications.

  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to data flow and interoperability between systems.

  • Analyze existing business processes and identify opportunities for improvement through the enhancement of enterprise applications.

  • Lead initiatives to streamline workflows, increase efficiency, and drive overall business performance.

  • Take a lead role in managing projects related to enterprise application enhancements, upgrades, and implementations.

  • Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and meet business requirements.

  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including IT, business analysts, and end-users, to understand requirements and provide effective solutions.

  • Communicate technical information to non-technical stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.

  • Maintain comprehensive documentation for enterprise applications, including configuration details, processes, and best practices.

  • Provide training and support to end-users to ensure effective utilization of enterprise applications.

Education, Experience, and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.

  • Proven experience (5+ years) as an Enterprise Applications Analyst or similar role.

Knowledge and Skills:

  • Strong knowledge of enterprise applications, including but not limited to: Oracle Cloud Solutions, .NET applications; Reporting Tools(Crystal, Orbit, SQL Developer, Discoverer); GitHub; Dell Boomi

  • Proficient skills in C#; REST API, PL SQL; SQL plus; Front End Development

  • Experience with project management methodologies and tools.

  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Effective communication and collaboration abilities.

  • Ability to work with highly sensitive data with extreme confidentiality
