How you will contribute: Conduct industry research and perform financial analyses related to client engagements Perform valuation analyses using comparable company analysis, leveraged buyout, discounted cash flow, and comparable transactions Develop financial models to assess debt and equity financing alternatives for transactions Facilitate transaction due diligence processes and information flow between transaction parties Prepare or maintain content for marketing presentations, confidential memorandums, and internal projects / resources Develop potential buyer / investor / target lists Prepare and deliver standard and tailored presentations and pitches to clients Seek opportunities for development through engagement execution, special assignments, training, or business development Gain experience and remain actively involved with client proposals and transaction execution alongside experienced senior bankers Support and mentor junior team members

Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Mathematics, or Liberal Arts degree with strong quantitative ability Minimum of two (2) years of prior investment banking or other finance / accounting positions involving M&A or corporate finance activities such as private equity, transaction services, commercial banking, or business
