Job Opening: Payroll / AP Clerk

Job description

Container Research Corporation, an AS9100 certified company with over 65 years in business serving the needs of the defense and aerospace industries, seeks an Accounts Payable / Payroll Clerk.

Responsibilities

• Accounts Payable/Payroll Clerk will process weekly payroll for Container Research Corporation and its sister company, Flextron Industries, including maintenance of pay deductions and paid time off balances.
• The clerk will complete payments and control expenses by receiving payments, plus processing, verifying, and reconciling invoices.

• Provide overall financial, administrative, and clerical support to the organization.

   

Qualifications

• 2 - 3 years of payroll / accounting experience in a corporate environment
• Strong computer skills, especially with Microsoft Excel
• Strong attention to detail  
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills

• Experience with 941 Payroll, ERP/MRP systems (specifically Visual Manufacturing), and

               working within ISO9001 and AS9100 standards are pluses.

   

Four-day workweek (Mon-Thurs)

Full-time, 4x10s Monday through Thursday, 6 AM to 4:30 PM or 7 AM to 5:30 PM

WEEKLY PAY!

Full benefits package after 60 days of employment and paid time off after 6 months.

Pay rate: $25- $35/hr.
