General Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for developing, implementing and supervising the delivery of in-home services to youth residing with their birth families.
  • Provides administrative supervision, direction and support to case managers.
  • Approves and reviews discharge summaries, incident reports, court reports, counseling logs of case workers.
  • Provides direct services and specialized responsibilities, including assessment, individual, family/group development, as necessary.
  • Childline & DHS FBI clearance results are required prior to beginning employment.

     

Education/Training: A Bachelor's degree in Human Services or a related field of study normally required.  

Experience: A minimum of three (3) years' related experience normally required.

ADA: Ability to sit, stand, lift, bend, reach, push, and pull items weighing up to 50 lbs.; visual and auditory skills.
