Customer satisfaction is at the forefront of all that we do, and is the key to our longevity. Summary: Processes all accounts payable, fixed assets and prepaid transactions for the bank. This includes review and verification of all bills for accuracy, check preparation, and correspondence mailing. Researches and resolves all open problems. Maintains all payable, fixed asset and prepaid records.Perform Accounts Payable function and 1099 reportingPerform Fixed Asset/Prepaid functionPrepare general ledger entries Prepare & review various daily, monthly, annual reportsReview general ledger balances and analyze discrepancies and variancesProvide general support to other areas of the accounting department as neededAssist in compiling documents needed for the Bank’s external and internal auditorsEducation Level, Knowledge, Experience:Bachelor’s degree in Accounting; or equivalent work experience A minimum of 3 years of accounting experience, primarily within Accounts PayableBasic computer skills, including Excel (Microsoft Office and Fiserv Prologue a plus) Cross County Savings Bank is an equal opportunity employer.
