We have a great opportunity for a Series 7 Client Services Representative based in Parsippany, New Jersey. The role primarily involves providing support to clients and coordinating operational activities. The successful applicant will be tasked with using financial planning, retirement, and investment software and preparing materials for client meetings. Additionally, they will also be required to provide office support, manage client and prospect contacts, and assist in marketing efforts.

Responsibilities:

• Utilize financial planning, retirement, and investment software to prepare for client meetings

• Prepare client packets including creating agendas, reviewing materials, illustrations, and reports

• Provide office support which includes answering telephones, assisting visitors, and resolving or referring problems or inquiries

• Schedule and coordinate meetings, events, interviews, and appointments

• Navigate CRM to maintain accurate and complete documentation of all client and prospect contacts

• Assist in and attend client event programs/seminars and other marketing efforts

• Establish, maintain, and update files, databases, records, and/or other documents

• Transcribe and prepare correspondence, agendas, and documents

• Stay up-to-date with modern office management methods and techniques

• Operate standard office equipment and use required software applications

• Sort, screen, and distribute mail

• Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned

• Maintain Website and Social Media.

Skills:

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Office Suites, Microsoft Outlook

• Strong client relations and communication skills

• Ability to handle complaints and provide solutions in the financial services industry.

Requirements • Must have a minimum of 2 years of experience in a client services role.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Office Suites, and Microsoft Outlook is necessary.

• Strong client relations skills are required.

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential.

• Experience in handling client complaints professionally and effectively.

• Knowledge and experience in financial services is a must.

• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make decisions under pressure.

• High level of accuracy and attention to detail.

• Must possess excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks.

• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding targets.

• Ability to maintain client confidentiality.

• Flexibility to adapt to changes in a fast-paced environment.
