Currently, ManTech is seeking a motivated, career and customer-oriented Organizational Change Management Specialist to join our team. This is a 100% remote opportunity.

We are seeking an experienced Organizational Change Management Specialist to lead, develop and implement change management strategies and initiatives for customers undergoing digital transformation efforts for DoD PPBE efforts. The ideal candidate will be responsible for facilitating the adoption of new processes and technologies, mitigating resistance, and driving successful organizational change that aligns with the customers objectives and values.

The ideal candidate will also be a DoD PPBE Subject Matter Expert and assist with user workshops geared towards understanding the business processes (e.g., inputs, outputs, to-be standardized process). They will leverage their understanding of the PPBE business processes and changes to identify functional requirements, and to translate the requirements, processes, and controls into technical requirements fit for consumption by development teams. They will be able to support the adoption of the final solution.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Design and implement comprehensive change management strategies and plans that maximize employee adoption and minimize resistance.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between change management activities and project initiatives.

  • Conduct impact analyses, assess change readiness, and identify key stakeholders.

  • Develop and deliver communications that clearly articulate the change's rationale, benefits, and details to various audiences.

  • Create and manage measurement systems to track adoption, utilization, and proficiency of individual changes.

  • Identify resistance and performance gaps, and work to develop and implement corrective actions.

  • Provide direct support and coaching to front-line managers and supervisors as they help their teams through transitions.

  • Facilitate change management activities with a structured methodology/process.

  • Support organizational design and definition of roles and responsibilities.

  • Integrate change management activities into the project plan and ensure strategic alignment with business goals.

  • Evaluate and ensure user readiness and manage stakeholders.

  • Track and report issues and monitor change progress.

  • Conduct post-implementation reviews and contribute to the refinement of methodologies.

  • Support the Change Control processes and Review Boards to ensure that the appropriate categorization and disposition of all requirements.

  • Reconcile conflicts; decompose high-level information into the appropriate level of detail for team members; and participate in peer reviews of requirements documentation.

  • Collaborate with software development / configuration, test, and management team members.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Organizational Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

  • 12+ years of OCM experience preferably in a government contract position.

  • Proven experience in an OCM role with experience in change management principles, methodologies, and tools.

  • Familiarity with project management approaches, tools, and phases of the project lifecycle.

  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to clearly articulate messages to various audiences.

  • Ability to establish and maintain strong relationships and to influence others and move toward a common vision or goal.

  • Flexible and adaptable; able to work in ambiguous situations.

  • Resilient and tenacious with a propensity to persevere.

  • Organizational skills and a natural leader.

Security Clearance Requirements:

  • US citizenship with a DoD Secret Clearance

Physical Requirements:

  • Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50%.

  • Constantly operates a computer and other office productivity machinery, such as a calculator, copy machine and computer printer.

  • The person in this position frequently communicates with co-workers, management, and customers, which may involve delivering presentations. Must be able to exchange accurate information in these situations.

The projected compensation range for this position is $130,500-$217,500. There are differentiating factors that can impact a final salary/hourly rate, including, but not limited to, Contract Wage Determination, relevant work experience, skills and competencies that align to the specified role, geographic location (For Remote Opportunities), education and certifications as well as Federal Government Contract Labor categories.
