As a DMS, you will manage and ensure data quality in MinneasotaHelp.Info and Help Me Connect websites. The DMS provides timely and excellent customer service to internal and external customers. They are responsible for understanding the data context to guide decision-making regarding updating website content targeted at consumers. QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor's degree in human service, English, library science, or information technology. Minimum of three years of related experience, including one working with databases. Experience designing, implementing, and interpreting SQL database queries is a plus. Knowledge of data-driven websites, database-based computer applications, and the use of taxonomy for coding data. Preferred knowledge of human services, human service agencies, and government, legislative, and public policy processes is a plus WORK SCHEDULE This position is a hybrid, working one to two days in the office and remotely for the remainder of the week. Our business hours are Monday - Friday, 8:30 AM - 4:30 PM ABOUT TRELLIS Trellis is a nonprofit organization that advocates for older adults.
