We are looking for assembly associates to join our team. Our production associate's plans, layout, fabricates, assembles, installs, cleans and repairs sheet metal parts, equipment, and products.


+-----------------------------------------------------------------------+ | Essential Duties and Responsibilities | | | | - Know and follow general company and corporate policies and | | procedures | | - Sets up and operates fabricating machines such as shears, breaks, | | presses, forming rolls, and routers, to cut, bend, block and | | form, or straighten materials. | | - Inspects assemblies and installations for conformance to | | specifications. May monitor and verify quality in accordance with | | statistical processes or other control procedures and | | certify/test product | | - Good regular attendance | | - Know, understand, and follow department policies and procedures | | - Responsible for analyzing work order/traveler, specifications, | | check fixtures, mylars and shop aids to perform handwork or | | rework of formed parts to comply with quality standards and | | customer requirements | | - Operator will be responsible for cleaning parts using specified | | solvents | | - Operator must be able to stand for 10 hours a day and be able to | | work in a hot and cold environment. | | - Verify characteristics of parts are acceptable using various | | measuring devices | | - Report to work on time, follow instructions from supervisor or | | management, interact well with co-workers, understand and follow | | work rules and procedures. | | - Good regular attendance required. | | - Other various duties as assigned. | +-----------------------------------------------------------------------+
