Junior Supply Support Logistician

Job Responsibilities:

Functions include performing as a warehouse logistician supporting the Maritime Patrol and Reconnaissance Aircraft (MPRA) program office (PMA-290) and Fleet activities. As applicable, performs supply support functions for PMA-290; manages material assets; reviews technical data and publications; collects and reports logistics data; analyzes maintenance and logistics processes; conducts inventories; prepares/completes shipping documents; and accesses/updates U.S. Navy/DoD supply databases/repositories. Position located onsite at NAS Jacksonville, FL. Requisition #ESI0089

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Requires a high school diploma/GED and at least 4 years of operational logistics support/analytical experience.
  • Previous military and/or commercial experience in supply support activities (ie U.S. Navy AK, SK, or LS ratings) are highly desired.
  • Must have 6K and/or 10-20K lbs forklift licenses/certifications.
  • Be familiar with MILSTRIP, FEDLOG, FEDMALL, N-ERP, WEBCAV, and HAZMAT disposal/shipping procedures.
  • Able to obtain/retain a Secret level security clearance.
