Job Purpose and Impact

The Maintenance Planner will handle order processing and ensure the availability of materials in stock for the organization. In this role, you will process and handle master data, improve material requirement planning processes and organize and monitor the process of automatic replenishment of materials in the warehouse.

Key Accountabilities

  • Collect information on the need for various materials from other departments and enter the data into appropriate programs and establishes the process of automatically creating a purchase request.

  • Analyze, adjust, and continually improve material request processes.

  • Verify the accuracy and quality of the data provided by internal customers and informs about the successful creation of the material application.

  • Submit material creation requests to the global team using the related application tool.

  • Interact with customers and procurement staff.

  • Scheduling and interaction with contractors on repairs and PM’s.

  • Provide feedback on process and continuous improvement activities.

  • Independently solve moderately complex issues with minimal supervision, while escalating more complex issues to appropriate staff.

  • Create new equipment in SAP and PM’s for maintenance strategies.

  • Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Minimum Required

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.

  • Minimum of two years of related work experience.

  • Other minimum qualifications may apply.

Preferred

  • Advanced experience using related programs and applications.

  • Two year SAP or similar CMM system experience.

  • Lean or six sigma.

  • Continuous improvement experience.
