Delaware North Parks and Resorts is hiring a Workforce Planner to join our team at Squire Resort at Grand Canyon in Tusayan, Arizona. As a Workforce Planner, you will be responsible for overseeing the weekly scheduling functions within UKG dimensions, including maintaining daily scheduling edits and team member attendance records. Pay

Minimum – Anticipated Maximum Base Salary: $58458 - $59600 / year

In addition to base salary, we offer an annual bonus plan based on company and individual performance, or a role-based, uncapped sales incentive plan. Responsibilities

  • Coordinate staffing schedules and provide guidance on policies and procedures, including reviewing and approving time-off requests, schedule changes, and shift swaps

  • Update weekly volume forecasts for key productivity metrics, configuring work rule updates in scheduling systems like UKG Dimensions

  • Manage labor-related costs, monitoring overtime and communicating closely with operational and finance leadership to prevent overruns

  • Partner with operations to optimize scheduling systems, ensuring adherence to best practices and maximizing utilization of UKG Dimensions

  • Anticipate staffing needs using advanced scheduling features, maintain attendance records across systems, and track FMLA and shift refusals, collaborating with finance and labor management teams to track performance and conduct necessary training

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience in UKG Dimensions; Virtual Roster experience is a plus

  • Knowledge in Excel, UKG Dimensions, Virtual Roster, WorkDay, and any other comparable timekeeping and scheduling systems

  • Understanding of P&Ls and budgets with strong analytical and problem-solving skills

  • Knowledge of labor laws, collective bargaining agreements, and other related regulations
