The New Call/Follow Up-Dispatcher I handles all incoming calls as well as
making outbound calls to and from Customers, Drivers, and Service Providers.
This is for Second, Third, Weekend shift positions.

Job Duties
Must be able to handle all inbound calls and handle within a timely manner.
Obtain accurate information and follow customer's requirements at the
initial call.
Enter data information immediately while on the call.
Obtain complete and accurate data on where the unit is located.
Obtain complete details on what is wrong with the unit including year,
make, and model, etc.
Select and enter into the system the correct trouble code.
Ensure correct billing is selected and communicated with service provider.
Ensure estimates are handled timely and accurately.
Make outbound calls to get updates on open events.
Keep customer updated on the event and follow instructions per their
requirements.
Make supervisor on duty aware of any delays with the service providers
estimated time of arrival or problems with repairs.
Work with roadside dispatcher when problems arise.
Time Management- Ability to prioritize and utilize the available time to
organize and complete work within given deadlines.
Project a positive image for FleetNet America with the internal and external
customers and employees at all times.
Other duties as assigned by your immediate supervisor or other management.
Qualifications
Minimum
High School Diploma/GED and up to 2 years' experience in a related field
Requires strong knowledge of customer service/experience
Excellent skills to work effectively with teams throughout organization
Preferred
Degree in related discipline
Experience in industry desired
USD 14.42 - 21.63 per hour
Compensation:
Hourly base pay rate is $14.42 - $21.63/hour. The hourly base rate may
vary within the anticipated range based on factors such as the ultimate
location of the position and the selected candidate's knowledge, skills,
and abilities. Position may be eligible for additional compensation that may
include commission (annual, monthly, etc.) and/or an incentive program.
Benefits:
Employees are eligible to receive a minimum of sixteen hours of paid time off
every month and seven paid holidays throughout the calendar year. Employees
are also eligible for additional paid time off in the form of bereavement
leave, time off to vote, jury duty leave, volunteer time off, military
leave, parental leave, and COVID-19 vaccination leave.
