Description
Support the director of graduate admissions in the planning and execution of a comprehensive graduate recruitment plan. Including marketing, communications, recruitment and operational plans. Work collaboratively with the graduate studies dean, directors and on-line partner. Manage, monitor and coordinate all recruitment related activities for the Dennis R. DePerro School of Health Professions.
Examples of Duties
Manage, monitor and coordinate all recruitment related activities for the Dennis R. DePerro School of Health Professions. This includes serving as the primary administrator for OTCAS, NURCAS and other CAS application systems. Also, work collaboratively with various directors and staff within the school.

Support the director of graduate admissions in the processing of prospects, applications, admits and deposits for campus based and on-line academic programs. 20%
Work collaboratively across campus in planning and coordinating recruitment activities 20%
Conduct travel / recruitment on behalf of the University.10%
Supplemental Functions:
Represent the University and Graduate Admissions as needed on some evenings and weekend events.
Typical Qualifications
Master’s degree required.
Candidate will possess a minimum of five years of successful experience and increasing responsibility within an admissions/enrollment/higher education setting.

Ability to balance priorities to accomplish assigned tasks within the required time frame and to be able to shift quickly between several tasks without loss of continuity.
Ability to work effectively, decisively and flexibly in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Ability to identify problems, propose feasible solutions and resolve complex problems independently.
Ability to serve as an articulate spokesperson for the mission and values of the institution. Competence to compose and edit correspondence, proposals and reports that may require the ability to relay complex or adverse information with tact and diplomacy.
Solid knowledge of Microsoft Office (specifically, Word, Excel, Access, and Outlook) and the self-motivation and the ability to stay current with emerging office technologies and recommend and implement improvements.
Carry out all responsibilities and objectives in a professional manner.
Ability to establish, nurture and maintain professional and effective working relationships with students, colleagues and members of the University community.
