for a Regional Human Resources Manager to join our team! In this role,
you will be responsible for overseeing HR functions for a regional plant
manufacturing team and area receiving stations. Your key
responsibilities will include strategic workforce planning, employee
engagement, performance management, and organizational development. You
will collaborate with plant leadership to align HR initiatives with
business objectives and drive a positive and inclusive work culture.
Additionally, you will provide guidance and support to HR staff, drive
HR practice innovation, and develop talent strategies for long-term
growth for our plants. A Day in the Life... * Create initiatives that
drive organizational effectiveness, including the delivery of
organizational design consultation during business planning and/or when
solving business issues. Create communication and change management
plans that support defined programs, taking into account the
organization\'s current state and readiness for change. * Proactively
consult, recommend and evaluate talent related metrics (operational, ER,
Diversity and Inclusion, etc.) to determine overall effectiveness and/or
gaps with talent initiatives or practices. Make data-driven decisions
and recommendations using competitive intelligence, metrics and market
data to ensure alignment with aligned division business plans. * Drive
employee engagement strategies that will foster sustained momentum and
support our goal of being a global employer of choice. * Where union
exists, negotiate union contracts and monitor administration and
compliance with collective bargaining contract; maintain effective and
cordial business relationship; act as liaison between Ocean Spray and
the Union. In union-free environments, maintain a union-free status in
the workplace. * Lead or oversee key talent and strategic business
initiatives/projects identified to meet business needs. Ensure
appropriate resourcing of projects by leveraging Talent Acquisition,
Talent Development, Technology or Rewards Teams, as well as, support and
expertise from the division. Collaborate with Talent Acquisition, Talent
Development, Technology or Rewards Team to ensure divisional talent
strategies are aligned and leveraged effectively and that obstacles that
