Potential Total Cash Compensation in Year 1: \$50,000 - \$55,000+ includes \$44,000 Base; Monthly Individual Incentive Opportunity; and, Quarterly Incentive Opportunity. Advancement based on performance.

Responsibilities

Position Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for collecting on bad debt accounts
  • Achieve monthly goals
  • Make outbound calls and handle inbound calls to resolve bad debt accounts
  • Locate customers to resolve bad debt accounts

Qualifications

Minimum Requirements:

  • Two years of recent consumer collections experience; willing to train the right individual
  • Professional and persuasive, communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to utilize Microsoft Office and other software tools to ensure success
  • Self motivated, incentive/goal driven, strong negotiator, dedicated and organized

Ideal Candidate:

  • Experience - third party collections, auto collections, manual dialing, accountability to individual monthly goals, and skip tracing

Working Environment: High energy, effort drive n and results oriented; in a comfortable office setting, desirable facility and excellent location. Entry Level - Not Remote.
