Provide quick turnaround for District, Distributor, Canada & Shared Services orders and requests
Handle high volume accurately
Obtain knowledge of AAES PDS Equipment to assist in order entry
Cross-train in multiple areas of the department such as invoicing, paint matching, scheduling, and quality complaints orders.
RESPONSIBILITES
Field requests for job expedites and preferred scheduling slots
Coordinate the use of expedite slots with production
Work with Production Group Leaders to provide prompt responses
Process branch bookings in iSAC and enter equipment orders for Districts, Distributors & Canada in Baan
Review in detail that all booking and change order docs are complete
Work with branch operations to manage and release orders
Coordinate job scheduling
Work with the Custom Committee to ensure jobs are entered correctly
Enter class 3 orders for extrusions related to projects already shipped
Act as the liaison between production and sales
ACADEMIC PROFILE:
High school diploma (required)
Community college degree (preferred)
Undergraduate degree (helpful, but not required)
EXPERIENCE PROFILE:
Two – five years working in an office environment
Working in a pressure field environment
Working as a team
Previous customer service experience
Data entry experience
OTHER REQUIREMENTS:
