Job Opening: Specialist, Senior, Training and Development

Join our agency as a Senior Specialist of Training and Development! This position supports the Learning & Development function in the design, development, and implementation of learning and development and training programs and initiatives that align with our Business Plan, Vision, Mission, and Values, and supports the professional development of our employees. It works closely with internal clients, facilitators, external vendors and program participants to support the delivery of sound learning and development programs. Three (3) day per week onsite are required. Ensure a commitment to safety through consistent and professional behaviors in performance of job requirements that demonstrate safety is a fundamental value that guides all aspects of our work. Perform related duties as required. Serve as a good steward by regularly utilizing our transit system to maintain a strong and current understanding of customers\' experiences and of our product and service offerings.
