General Requirements:

Associates degree in education, technology, business, or a related field. Three years of experience in applied technology, learning and development, online adult learning, training, educational technologies (EdTech), or other related technology fields. Experience designing and developing digital experiences preferably leveraging PowerAutomate, Visual Studio Code, GitHub, Python, SQL , HTML , CSS , JavaScript, Tableau, Monday.com, or SharePoint, preferred. Certifications may be required. A combination of education, experience, and training that would produce the required knowledge and abilities could be considered.

Nature & Purpose of Position/Usual Duties:

Performs advanced specialist duties within the Online Professional Learning team, which designs and develops learning experiences and technologies for adults who are continuing their education as professionals or lifelong learners. Focuses on learning and educational technology (EdTech), data entry and analysis, and administrative support.

Primary Responsibilities (Staff Positions Only):

Plans, develops, implements, coordinates and monitors learning technology projects and programs. Prepares, reviews, revises, and distributes documentation and correspondence surrounding project activities. Schedules project and program activities and communicates with external partners and staff. Performs quality assurance (QA) and quality control (QC) inspections and audits on learning technologies and experiences. Compiles, tracks, analyzes, and reviews data and reports. May be responsible for planning, directing, supervising, and participating in special projects. Assists in developing and interpreting policies and procedures. Performs other related duties as assigned.
