What will I do?
Greet customers and assist guests at the entrance/exit gates. Be responsive
and timely with correspondence and problem resolution, display a caring
attitude, and develop a rapport with the customer base.
Promote good customer relations by consistently providing premier customer
satisfaction with a friendly demeanor and can-do attitude.
Complete other related duties as assigned.
Regular walks of the garage to report issues and to write tickets
Requirements:
Positive attitude!
Customer service experience is required.
Education:
High school diploma or GED required.
Experience:
Strong customer service experience.
Parking industry experience is preferred but not required.
Physical Demands:
Willingness to work in the elements - heat, wind, snow, rain, etc.
Ability to stand, walk and run for extended periods.
Ability to bend, stoop, and squat frequently throughout a shift.
