**    Job Description (Summary) The Talent Advisor/Recruiter is responsible for customer service, delivering customer service to clients and employees, recruit, conduct interviews, and follow up with applicants.  Successfully match applicants' skill sets to open job positions, resolve problems of associates. QUALIFICATIONS (Summary) •    High school diploma or equivalent required •    At least 3 years proven experience
