Description Lutheran Social Services of Wisconsin and Upper Michigan is currently seeking a Program Manager to lead the Business Development of Mental Health programming in Milwaukee County including Comprehensive Community Services (CCS), Children\'s Long-term Support (CLTS) Waiver, and Family Centered Treatment (FCT) in Milwaukee County. This is a full time, salaried and benefit eligible role. This role will require working in person in our West Allis office with the ability to work remotely based on performance. This role will also require travel in the Greater Milwaukee Area. The pay range is based on experience at \$68,000- \$75,000 a year. AGENCY REQUIREMENTS Must comply with applicable service regulations as well as agency and departmental policies and procedures. Analyzes policies and procedures to improve program efficiency and effectiveness. Establish and foster healthy and positive relationships with community stakeholders, funders, and donors. Develops mental health and substance use services that meet the needs of the community while addressing regulatory requirements May assist in writing grants to develop new funding sources. Prepares and oversees the compilation of annual budget and authorizes the expenditures of funds to ensure fiscally healthy program operations.
