As our remote Human Resources Manager, youll enjoy the flexibility of a
Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM schedule. Embrace the freedom

THE TYPE OF CANDIDATE WERE LOOKING FOR
- Bachelors degree in human resources, labor relations, organizational
development, business, or related area (relevant work experience may
be a substitute)
- ADP Workforce experience
- At least 7+ years of experience
- Knowledge of HR strategies and practices, including compensation,
performance management, safety, hiring, and employee relations
- Ability to apply HR strategies in compliance with employment
regulations
- Experience with data analysis
- SHRM certification
YOUR DAY-TO-DAY AS A REMOTE HUMAN RESOURCES MANAGER

talent, conducting engaging interviews, and seamlessly onboarding new
team members. Collaborating closely with management, you align our
strategic HR goals with our business initiatives, ensuring every move we
make drives us toward success. Throughout the day, you also navigate
employee issues and conflicts, bringing them to a swift and satisfactory
resolution. Your ability to apply a broad range of HR strategies and
practices, coupled with your data analysis skills, will help you make
informed decisions every day!
