Children\'s Behavioral Health in Woodburn is hiring a mental health therapist to join our team. The prospective candidate will provide individual and family therapy, conduct mental health assessments, and provide other therapeutic supports such as case management and coordination of care. GENERAL STATEMENT OF DUTIES Provide assessment and treatment services; crisis intervention, including intensive services, to individuals and their families with complex needs and diagnoses; or develop and implement specific services in the community. Act as a task supervisor for interns and staff, provide clinical supervision to mental health professionals, to perform various advanced, specialized clinical and treatment services for individuals receiving services and their families. EXPERIENCE AND TRAINING REQUIREMENTS 1. State of Oregon licensure, Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Professional Counselor (LPC) or Marriage and Family Therapists (LMFT); AND master\'s degree in psychology, social work, recreational therapy, music therapy, art therapy, or a behavioral science field; OR 2. State of Oregon licensure, Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Professional Counselor (LPC) OR Marriage and Family Therapists (LMFT); AND bachelor\'s degree in nursing or occupational therapy and licensed by the State of Oregon; AND One year of postgraduate degree experience in the behavioral health field.
