• HHA Certificate or CNA License
• One Year Experience
• Current FIRST AID and CPR certification
• Current TB (negative PPD results) in the last 6 months
• Employer performs criminal record and Level 2 background in AHCA clearinghouse.
• Access to transportation
• Valid driver's license.
• Experience with Alzheimer's and Dementia, Memory care a plus
• Due to the nature of the job, Bilingual (Spanish) a plus but not a requirement

As a Caregiver with SYNERGY HomeCare:**

• Provide attention to clients' non-medical needs, including companionship and social engagement.
• Assist clients with light housekeeping, meal preparation, and medication reminders.
• Establish communication and professional relationships with clients, family members, and co-workers.
• Adhere to policies and procedures set by office administration.
