Job Opening: Accounts Payable Specialists - RideNow Powersports

RideNow Powersports, a subsidiary of RumbleOn, is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Accounts Payable Specialist! As part of our accounting team, you will play a crucial role in managing the company's payables and ensuring timely and accurate payments to vendors and suppliers. If you are experienced in accounts payable and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, this position may be perfect for you!

Responsibilities

• Process vendor invoices and match them with purchase orders and receiving records

• Ensure appropriate coding, approval, and documentation for all invoices

• Perform data entry of invoices into the accounting system

• Coordinate with internal departments and vendors to resolve any invoice discrepancies

• Prepare and process payments to vendors, including checks, electronic transfers, and credit card payments

• Reconcile accounts payable transactions and resolve any discrepancies

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date vendor records

• Assist with month-end and year-end closing activities related to accounts payable

Requirements

• Must be able to work in office 5 days a week (Mon-Fri)

• High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor's degree in accounting or related field is a plus

• Previous experience in accounts payable or general accounting

• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office, particularly Excel

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy

• Excellent organizational and time management skills

• Ability to work effectively in a team environment and communicate with internal and external stakeholders

• Knowledge of basic accounting principles and practices
