Primary job function is answering inbound customer service calls, making outbound calls with fraud inquires or to return customer voice mails. Assist our customers by answering questions concerning debit cards, account research, online banking assistance and products/services. Respond to customer email inquiries and assist with daily operational tasks as needed. The hours are Monday - Friday 9:00am - 6:00pm.
Experience/Skills necessary to perform duties:
- Good computer skills
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong problem solving skills
- Professional appearance, dress and attitude
- Previous customer service and/or banking experience is a plus
