We are seeking a reliable Delivery Driver to join our team. The Delivery Driver will be responsible for transporting flower arrangements and gift items from our flower shop to designated locations in a timely manner. **This position could possibly turn into more hours with the option to work inside the flower shop designing floral arrangements and working with customers.

Duties:

  • Safely and efficiently transport products to customers or businesses
  • Load and unload cargo following specific handling procedures -Working in flower shop end of day cleaning
  • Communicate with customers to ensure timely deliveries and address any concerns
  • Perform basic vehicle maintenance tasks such as checking oil and gas levels
  • Adhere to traffic laws and maintain a safe driving record

Qualifications:

  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to lift and move heavy items (up to 30 lbs) when necessary

-Good communication skills (in person and on telephone)

-Able to multitask in various situations

-Ability to get along in sometimes a fast-paced work environment

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: From $12.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 -- 25 per week
