We areas seeking a Manager to lead our Civil Rights & Title VI program efforts, service analysis, and complaints management. The Civil Rights & Title VI Program Manager oversees and ensures compliance across all of Title VI program areas, reporting and program updates. This position will be located in the Inclusion, Diversity, Equity, and Accessibility Division, and will work across other Divisions depending on the projects, opportunities and areas in need of support. Under the direction of the Executive Director of Inclusion, Diversity, Equity, and Access, this position will oversee continual development and implementation of the agencies Civil Rights portfolio of programs, services, and initiatives to help the agency further its position as a regional leader on civil rights in public services, grow as a regional partner, and transit provider of choice, and ensure the agency complies with all related federal laws and requirements. Under the direction of the Executive Director, this position will lead and or support all of the agencies Civil Rights related services and activities, including Language Access Plan, Environmental Justice, Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO), Title VI analysis and investigation, and work in conjunction with other agency staff to support all other District equity programs. This position requires a minimum of four (4) days in-office per week.
