Job Opening: Cook

Part- Time, Experienced Line Cooks needed at Pizzeria in Morris. PIZZA RESTAURANT EXPERIENCE STRONGLY PREFERRED. Line cooks are responsible to prepare food items, follow recipes and adhere to portion guidelines. Primary Duties: - Set up stations and restock items as needed - Follow recipes, portion controls, and presentation specifications - Clean and maintain station, practicing good safety, sanitation, and organizational skills Skills: - Certificate in culinary arts preferred - Minimum of 1 year prior experience as a line cook is required - Understand the proper use of kitchen equipment including knives, pots/pans, ovens/grills, food processors, slicers, etc. - Ability to work in a team environment - Ability to work effectively under pressure
