JOB REQUIREMENTS: MSA has an opportunity for a Learning and Development
Specialist at our Madison, WI office location The work you may do
Partner with leadership and key stakeholders to understand short and
long-term strategies, identify barriers to achieving business goals, and
develops approaches where these could be removed/eased through learning
solutions Design learning experiences for virtual and in-person formats,
including outlines, storyboards, and scripts. Create and publish
schedules, facilitator guides, and resource materials Provide end-to-end
project management for New Employee Orientation Partner with leadership
to assess, design, and facilitate MSA Leadership Series program. Advise
facilitators of L&D best practices pertaining to content development and
facilitation Partner with leadership to assess, design, and facilitate
the annual Leadership Development Meeting. Advise facilitators of L&D
best practices pertaining to content development and facilitation
Facilitate virtual and in-person learning experiences that continuously
improve the knowledge, skills, and performance of employees Manage a
full-service Learning Management System, including creating and
maintaining consistent tracking and record-keeping practices, producing
annual and as-requested reports Align learning opportunities with
multi-state requirements for professional development hours and supports
employees in understanding how they can earn Professional Development

QUALIFICATIONS: Skills & Knowledge / Education & Experience: Bachelor\'s
degree, preferably in training/organizational development 4 years of
designing and facilitating face-to-face and virtual learning experiences
Expertise in adult education, curriculum development, instructional
design, and learning technologies Ability to conduct research, assess
information against our goals and culture, build business cases, and
sell ideas Proficiency with MS Office Products (Outlook, Word, Excel,
PowerPoint) Proficiency in instructional design tools, familiarity with
multimedia elements (audio, video, graphics) and their integration into
instructional materials Proficiency in administration and management of
Learning Management Systems The selected candidate must be authorized to
