Support Center Specialist Jobs require candidates to manage a high volume of outbound calls with varying degrees of questions or concerns, identify and resolve complaints, this is your chance to be creative in finding solutions, using a computer system to track customer interactions, record details of inquiries, complaints, or comments, as well as actions taken

at least 3 years' experience in Service Department operations.

Demonstrated outstanding customer service and communication skills.

Experience solving problems effectively with the best possible outcome for all involved. o Experience with basic computer functions; experience using Deere systems preferred. Experience writing and speaking effectively to individuals and groups.

Experience with the mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems used in off-road, construction, lawn, or heavy equipment.

Experience analyzing and interpreting reports.

High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent experience.
