JOB REQUIREMENTS: Volt is immediately hiring for Logistics Admin in Wausau, WI. As a Logistics Admin, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world. Here, you will make an impact by: Provide clerical support for materials control, production control, and/or inventory control department. Assembles, verifies, and enters data, such as: promise dates, labor/machine hours, ship notices, make order dates and production data into the appropriate system such as the Corporate Order Management System. Checks information in various reports for accuracy, compares to on line system and makes necessary adjustments to the appropriate system. Communicates on routine matters with multiple departments. Assembling, verifying, and entering data into corporate systems. Update logistic schedules and carrier data. Summarize and report shipments to customer s. Support logistic scheduler and supervisors with order changes as required. Support logistics team as required to optimize outgoing and incoming shipments. This is a full time opportunity. The ideal candidate will have: Possess a High School Diploma/GED Manual skills and the ability to use keyboards or other equipment. Required coordinating, communication, and basic mathematical skills. Experience in a manufacturing/production environment 6 months of related job experience Skills include basic competency with Microsoft email, spreadsheets, and documents.
