Job Opening: Head of Program Management

Lead the MOBIS-EU PMO team in line with business objectives, including execution of relevant processes and tools; lead product development process including phases/gates, and align all processes and tools, metrics, processes, and standards with MOBIS headquarter; initiate and set goals for programs according to the strategic objectives by managing timing, quality, and financial results of programs from start to finish for all programs/projects; oversee Project Management governances with regular Project Review with cross functional participation, such as review of Project financials, engineering topics, APQP status, launch status etc; conclude reports prepared by managers to determine progress and issues while insuring program operations and activities adhere to legal guidelines and internal policies; and escalates and drives issues appropriately to secure the necessary support to resolution on development program launch issues for resolution.
