Responsibilities * Complete weekly landscaping at every property (year-round) * Snow and ice removal * Clean the exterior and interior of properties regularly * Maintain attractive curb appeal * Other projects as assigned to help Birgo improve lives through real estate

Requirements * Eligible to work in the United States * Valid driver's license * Personal and reliable mode of transportation * Lift and carry 50 pounds without assistance * Safely utilize power tools * Work in confined spaces; ascend and descend ladders and staircases
