Certification: Personal Trainer

Personal Trainer are trained individuals that meets with their clients to discuss the clients goals, that would either be weight loss or gaining muscle mass. The personal trainer further customizes a fitness program to meet the specific goals of the clients. They educate the client on use of equipment for exercises, moreover, they also advise the client on the weight that must be lifted for performing the exercise and the correct technique on performing exercises. Personal Trainers may train their clients in cardiovascular, strength training or using free weights only.

Personal trainers are also performs fitness assessment of their clients to assess the clients current level of fitness. this helps the personal trainer in designing the most appropriate fitness plan.

Personal Trainers also monitors the client(s) progress by assessing and recording clients weight, strength and fitness. By doing so they can adjust and/or change the fitness program to keep the client(s) motivated and challenging them with new routines.
