The Wood Floor Maintenance Technician (WFMT) certification covers procedures, equipment, and materials required in wood floor maintenance. This includes chemicals, supplies (equipment, tools, and materials), and commonly accepted service methodologies currently used in the industry. Upon achieving the certification, you demonstrate you know the materials used to manufacture wood flooring and how it impacts site performance and maintenance procedures.
