Candidates must have completed thirty-two (32) hours of training in the maintenance of medical gas/vacuum systems, and have a minimum of one (1) year experience in the maintenance of medical gas/vacuum systems. This certification is administered in accordance with the American Society of Sanitary Engineers (ASSE) series 6000, standard #6040.
