Certification: Certified Personal Fitness Trainer (CPT)

NFPT has been certifying personal fitness trainers since 1988 and provides an NCCA accredited Certified Personal Trainer (CPT) program. NFPT takes a foundational approach to its program, with an emphasis on knowing how the body functions and how to apply that knowledge to goal-oriented fitness
training. The focus is on-the-job trainer skills that produce an
understanding and confidence to safely and effectively implement exercise. Whether in clubs or private studios, CPTs are preventative healthcare providers with the ability to effect positive change. NFPT's back to basics approach assures that the trainer is well versed in areas that will have the most impact on reaching clients' goals.
