Any crane with a lattice main boom of variable lengths, attachments, configuration, and capacities using hydraulic or friction hoists mounted on a truck carrier (other than described in boom truck crane) or having crawler treads/tracks for travel that is capable of hoisting, lowering, luffing, and swinging at various radii.
