Qualifications.

Hold an active LPN, LVN, or RN license in the United States or its territory.

Have practiced at least 2000 hours (equivalent of one full-time work year) within an assisted living setting within the past 3 years.

Areas of Test Based on Roles of the Nurse in Assisted Living and Test Questions Allocated to Each:

Clinical Aspects: 50%,

Leadership and Management: 30%,

Specialty Issues: 20%.
