A Barge Supervisor is required to pass an exam, have 3 years of related work experience or an approved degree in engineering or engineering technology, plus at least 168 days of related experience. Specialized training is also required in stability of the mobile offshore drilling unit (ODU), survival at sea, and firefighting.
