To be licensed as a manicurist the following qualifications must be satisfied: At least 16 years old; Has successfully completed at least 10 grades in secondary school, or equivalent; Successfully completed at least 750 clock hours of manicure instructions at a licensed/registered school or approved program; Pays examination fee.
