The applicant shall submit a written statement outlying their training and experience in professional work or services. The applicant must provide evidence of education and/or work experience to the Department of Agriculture and must pass a written examination (exam offered four (4) times per year). Ornamental & Turf Pest Control companies must obtain a Professional Services permit.
