Major Requirements: 1. Pass Business Management Examination; 2. Pass trade exam and have verifiable trade experience (where required); 3. Obtain a Transaction Privilege Tax License number from the Arizona Department of Revenue; 4 . Submit a completed application with the required fees and bonds. Exam Fees: One (1) examination for either Contractor Business Management Examination or a single trade test --$63; Two (2) examinations for the Contractor Business Management Examination and a single trade test --$120; Retake fee for two (2) examinations for the Contractor Business Management Examination and a single Trade Test -- 120; Retake fee for each examination -- $633.
