School Psychology Specialists are employed in Arkansas public schools. They diagnose and treat mental disorders; learning disabilities; and cognitive, behavioral, and emotional problems using individual, child, family, and group therapies. They may design and implement behavior modification programs. Requirements: 1) Must be a licensed Psychologist. 2) Must successfully complete the required criminal background check. Examinations and Fees: Specialty Area Test: $135.00, License Renewal (every 5 years): $75.00. NOTE: Each testing site is unique and may have fees particular to the site. Candidate must check with test site for a complete list of fees.
