License: Manufactured Home Salesperson

A Manufactured Home Salesperson means any person employed by the dealer or manufacturer who is engaged in either wholesale or retail sales of manufactured homes. Each salesperson must apply for a license and be licensed as a manufactured home salesperson in order to sell manufactured homes. Requirements: 1) Must have paid all fees set forth for licensing. 2) Must be in good standing with the Commission. 3) Must not have any unpaid civil penalties or outstanding obligations to the Commission. 4) Must work for a licensed Retailer, Installing Retailer or licensed manufacturer. Original license fee: $50.00, Renewal: $50.00 (annually)
